Steve was a professional Ballet Dancer with Northern Ballet Theatre and is now a level 3 REPS Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor with over 14 years experience. Steve specialises on your technique and posture to ensure you get the safest, fastest most enjoyable and effective workout to achieve all your fitness goals. All classes offer progressions and modifications to cater for all levels of ability.
The Ilkley Fitness Centre was created by Steve who runs operations.
Joze School of Dance is run by Jo Sproston and offers high quality and value for money dance classes for the local community. The school is affiliated to the International Dance Teachers Association (I.D.T.A) & has a 100% pass rate.

Lucy has always had a love of health and fitness and has a keen hobbie in downhill cycling. Lucy started teaching Circuits in France before coming back to the UK where she qualified as a level 3 Personal Trainer as well as Pre and Post Natal qualifications. She is now the North Regional Trainer for MummyFIT.
