Group Exercise classes are a great way to have fun and meet new friends whilst having a great workout. Personal Training is also specific to you personally. A personally guided exercise regime and advice working to your timetable and it is so much more enjoyable and effective to you slogging it out on your own in the Gym.
Classes run are: BODYPUMP™, Pilates, MummyFIT®, Zumba®,Fat Burner, Awesome Abs, Yoga, H.I.I.T, Ballet and SOSA Dance Fitness®. There are a number of expert Instructors offering these wide ranging classes and you should contact the individual instructor to reserve your place.
