Relaxation For Bump and Birth


These are a series of weekly classes which include hypnobirthing techniques, breathing exercises, visualisations and affirmations plus time to chat and discuss different birth-related topics.

The Relax for bump and birth course runs on a 4 week rolling basis and expectant Mums are welcome to join at any point in the 4 weeks.   In addition, you will be given access to a private Relax for bump and birth Facebook community where you can ask questions, chat and get to know other local, and not so local, mums to be.

NOTE: Due to the nature of my midwifery job, there may occasionally be times when I will need to cancel classes due to shift patterns; plenty of notice will be given if this happens.
